If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase by prior agreement. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Returns must be agreed upon before a refund or exchange is granted and returned with the relevant form. Contact us to begin this process.

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale or discounted items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

 

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

2. We will contact you with a form and return address.

3. Send all items back to us using the form provided with the RA clearly visible on the paperwork.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Additional Information:

 

• Once the return has been processed by our team, it may take up to 48 hours to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• The customer is responsible for shipping, costs and insurances. It is not the responsibility of Blueliners or any suppliers if the product is lost in the return freight.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Please remember to send back all returns in the correct packaging otherwise a restocking fee will apply
